The Hemp Division Kava Root

Kava is prepared from the roots of Piper Methysticum, a plant native to islands in the South Pacific. A foundational pillar of the social fabric of these cultures, it is traditionally used for its naturally relaxing and social-enhancing qualities. This brew can be enjoyed during an intermittent fast, at work, or before bed.

Ingredients: Kava root powder.

Directions: Mix 1 teaspoon of powder into 8 oz of filtered water, heat on a stovetop to boiling (212º F) for 4 to 5 minutes. If you prefer a smoother brew, please strain before enjoying. Sip slowly and be well!
