As I have difficulty getting to and staying asleep, this product has been very helpful. While I enjoy a relaxed feeling, I am not always able to quickly fall asleep. I have found that use of this product allows me to fall back asleep when I wake up after a couple hours. This is huge for me as I am constantly waking after just a few hours of sleep and unable to fall back to sleep. With this product I have enjoyed 6-7 hours total of restful sleep. I will admit that I need more than the single gummies dose. After experimenting, I have found that 1.5-1.75 is optimal for me.
